What’s recommerced mean?

Recommerced means the item was either sold in the past to a consumer or was meant to be sold but never made it to the retail floor for various reasons.  When a person buys recommereced they are extending the life of the product and reducing the amount of waste that reaches the landfill. All of our recommerced merchandise is of the highest quality, much of it in nearly new condition at a fraction of the cost of new items!


How do I tell the quality of the product I'm buying?

We give every product a condition grade of Mint, Excellent, or Good. These correspond accordingly as such:


Mint - Never used or shows no signs of use 

Excellent - Very light signs of use may be noticeable, otherwise perfect

Good - Signs of use,  may have stains, may have been patched, repaired, or refurbished to prime functionality

Good - Signs of minor to moderate use, or an older article of apparel, but in prime condition

How do I sell you my gear?

You would use our signature ReVenture program to sell your lightly used gear and apparel to Reventu. 

Currently, we are carrying out ReVenture pilot programs only in select geographic locations. The best way to know when the ReVenture program comes to your area is to subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of this page. 

If you are eager for Reventu to start a recommerce program in your area then you can let us know by using the form on the ReVenture page and telling us what zip code you live in using the comment field.


What types of items do you accept?

The best way to get a sense of what we accept is to take a look at our product offerings. We select the highest quality gear, free from stains, odors, and damage. We look for gear in excellent condition that has been manufactured in the last 5-8 years.

What’s your return policy?

We have a 30 Day Return policy. You have 30 days from when you receive the item to try on and inspect the product if you are not happy with the fit or the condition of the product for any reason then you can send it in for store credit or a complete refund. We only ask that the item is in the exact condition that you received it in. For more information please see our return policy here.


How do I get my items to you for a return?

There was a problem with my order, what do I do?

Email us using the return form here. Please fill in all required fields including your name, email, phone number, order number, and use the comment field to tell us what the issue is with your order. We will get back to you within 24 hours and usually within a few hours on how we can help you solve the issue. 


Do you ship internationally?

We do not, currently we only ship in the USA. 


How do you determine your shipping rates?

When you place an order we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and dimensions of the final shipped package.
